As the Account Executive you are the first point of contact on any administrative matter, for the Producer (Agent), the sub-producers and the insured. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving any situation pertaining to the Producer’s portfolio with a great sense of urgency working in a proactive manner, anticipating the Producer’s and the client’s needs.
